Trimlife had to be the easiest offer I've ever done. I got credit withing 2 days and when I went to cancel it literally took a minute, all they asked for was my name and bam all done. I got through to a representative before the gay music was on for 5 seconds.

Do you have any advice?

Is there any "how to" on asking for credit?
I'm not sure if to fill out the info they have on the site under FAQ because i already cancelled the autoshipment.

Sorry, but there's no way you'll get credit after you cancelled it.
Trimlife....it went fine for me.
It sucks that these offers are so hit and miss.

Actually, I got credit for it on a gratis site after I cancelled. I sent them my confirmation email.

I did a Trimlife offer awhile ago and never received credit. I've even been in contact with a customer service rep for the past week or two and she said she could resend the confirmation e-mail I never got. The problem is that I have received nothing at the 2 (yahoo and gmail) addresses I requested the e-mails be sent to. I don't know if they are having a problem with their systems or if the woman is lying or what. Weird stuff.

When I asked for the confirmation, I got it in a couple hours. It was either on yahoo or mail.com.

Hmm. She's either lying or is a complete idiot, then. I made a mail.com address so I'll see if I get anything there. Thanks for the info.

Update It seems that there was some sort of filtering problem with yahoo and gmail. I requested the e-mail be sent to the mail.com address and received it earlier today. Very helpful customer support, too.

This is probably a stupid question but who exactly do i contact? Do i fill out the form they have online or email someone directly? I'm still not sure how this all works.

Go to their website, click on the Contact Us link at the top of the page, and create an account. Their support staff is pretty good (at least the person I talked to) and responses were quick and polite.
