Urban Nutrion offers being revoked

Has anyone else been running into problems with their offers and credit? I completed a few of their offers on a couple of OC sites (did everything by the book, an entire month ago for one offer) and never got credit. When I contacted OC, they said they were not accepting email confirmations as proof of credit due to fraud concerns. When I contacted OC again, they basically said too bad, complete another offer. This just doesn't seem fair.

In addition, just today on DVDs.the4freezone, I had my credit revoked. I completed an Urban offer there a few weeks ago, it greened, no problem. Today, I went back to yellow. The site admin said certain advertisers were revoking credit for no apparent reason and I'd have to fill out a ticket.

Does anybody have any idea as to what is up with Urban? I'm a bit pissed that I paid for three "free" trials and now they won't credit them. Plus, if this is a problem, why haven't their offers been removed?

People have posted several times about problems with urban nutrition, but I have never heard of credit being revoked. That sucks... just another reason to stay away from them.

Yeah Urban Nutrition offers are hit or miss. You either get credit in 1-3 days or you will never get credit after that.

Here's another update on my ongoing Urban struggles

The admin at DVDs.the4freezone replied with this regarding Serenity pills

[quote78cb1b2e04]On 5/5/2005 117 PM, an admin said
My appologies but our publisher has informed me that the credit was revoked due to the advertisers request. Unfortunately there isn't any thing else I can do.[/quote78cb1b2e04]

So now, Urban just revoked a fully credit offer for no good reason. I understand sometimes when you don't get credit, but to revoke it? Where's the risk of fraud there? They approved the damn thing! Unbelieveable.

So if you want to be wise, stay away from Urban products. Even if you miraculously get credit, they'll take it back.

I'm the owner of the4freezone. I appologize for this issue. But I hate the situation as much as you do. Apparently Urban Nutrition is pulling out of free sites (at least through clickbooth)

Gusto Networks is removing them from their list of offers

[quotea7319343d5]Hi,

There have been some recent inconsistencies with the Urban Nutrition offer
(PetChews, MyDailyDose, Serenity & Miracle Burn). We are working as
quickly as we can to rectify this issue and have also removed these offer
from our sites. Currently we do not have an estimated time as to when
these offers will credit. We are hoping to see the credits come in within
the next few days.

Thanks.

Nervey! I didn't know you were the4freezone owner! I knew you before from the EOC's, but did not know there was a connection. Well that's neat. Thank you for taking the time to work with your customers. You can ask some of the other site owners that frequent this board, the beginnings of sites are rough! But stick it out - your sites offer awesome prizes!
