Could this mean that the site has a chance at being legit?
Anti-Spam Policy
GreenZap strictly enforces a no tolerance policy when it comes to spam. We prohibit the sending of unsolicited mass messages of any kind. GreenZap’s referral and rewards program is meant to be fun and encourage members to build the community and earn rewards. Anyone who is found to have spammed other internet users in an attempt to gain referral rewards will lose their GreenZap account privileges.
In accordance with this and other Anti-Spam Policies, violation of our Anti-Spam Policy may result in legal action against you. Should any law enforcement agency, internet provider or other person or entity provide us with notice that you have engaged in transmission of unsolicited e-mails or have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider’s terms of service, we reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information.
What is Spam?
GreenZap terms spam, a.k.a. unsolicited commercial e-mail, unsolicited mail, mass e-mail, or junk email, is a message that advertises goods that you send to someone without their prior consent or in the absence of a previous relationship (including newsgroup, IRC channel, or message postings unrelated to the topic of discussion of the particular channel, or message board).
What will happen to my account if I get caught spamming?
GreenZap will not tolerate spam and will terminate the account of any member who violates our Anti-Spam Policy. All account privileges will be null and void including your referrals, rewards earned, and any unpaid money owed on your account. After a review, any monies found to be owed to you will be mailed to you.
What is so bad about Spam?
Spammers are not welcome in our GreenZap community. Nobody appreciates receiving junk mail. GreenZap is no different. Spam slows down internet performance and can cause computer connections to crash.
Is sending unsolicited email still considered spam if I pay the recipients?
Yes, purchased lists are still considered unsolicited.
How do I report spammers?
GreenZap encourages their members to help keep their community secure. One way to do this is for you to only invite good people into your community. If you feel someone spammed you, please contact us at email==abuse@greenzap.comabuse@greenzap.com=abuse@greenzap.comabuse@greenzap.com/email. Don’t forget to include a copy of the email with full message headers. Also include any other information that can be used to identify the parties involved.
How does GreenZap want me to make referrals?
We have created our referral bonus program to be fun, simple and rewarding for you – all by expanding the GreenZap community. Although we know how creative you can be, we have included a few suggestions below to help you build your community and earn rewards.
Who should I tell?
The GreenZap community is exclusively for good people who want to transact securely online.
Please tell your friends, family or co-workers who you think could benefit from the many services GreenZap provides.
How should I tell someone about GreenZap?
You can verbally tell someone your Promo Code and direct them to greenzap.com, or email your friends and family your Promo Code link. There is also a Refer-a-Friend function available on the GreenZap website to assist you with the specific wording of your message.

The site could be the most legit out there. There was an article in a business magazine about it the other day (I think Businessweek, but I'm not sure).

I gathered from my quick scanning of the policy that they (GreenZap) don't support spamming by their users. They even mention taking legal action against those who spam. A little hypocritical, isn't it? I'll believe them when I see the $30 in my account on June 1st.

Not to sound bad PodTopia, but the only reason why I even signed up for the PhreePSPs site was because you said it was legit in some thread.
Though it still could be, it is by far the worst free site I have ever signed up with.
Note I do realize, however, that it is my own fault that I signed up for the site and I actually agree with you that GreenZap is legit.
I just question whether there will really be $30 in my account...

Eh, it's been on WIRED website and such... It probably will turn out legit since it's been on all of these websites and such. I just wish I could have gotten more referrals LOL.

How has everyone come to know that they are legit? Don't get me wrong, I'm really happy it's not a scam. I'm just curious to know what has changed.
