Today I received 2 wonderful bottles of LifeDerma miracle cream. The problem is that I cancelled the autoship before the 14 day trial was up. I even received an e-mail confirming the cancellation on the 13th day. I sent them a support e-mail today and plan on calling on Monday. Will the e-mail and old inquiry ID number be sufficient to have the charges removed? I'm pretty angry at the moment because I WASN'T an idiot and did cancel within the given trial period. Looks like a weekend of waiting for me...

You received 2 bottles correct.
Check your account (bank or credit) transactions - how many charges from LifeDerma do you have.
You have the e-mail as proof. If you get charged twice or for a BIG amount of money from LifeDerma - then Call them and ask for a REFUND - they MUST refund your money.

So using a PayPal debit card would get you around any autoship fees you may be unfairly charged? What about once you put more money into your account? Do they take it then?
