i think it can be deemed harassment, cuase

1. Hes asking for you to strip or something to that extent
2. Hes threatening you.

Thing is he probably couldnt break into your computer, its hard enough finding which ports are open and then gaining access, also if he does the mods/admins have his IP address in which could be reported to his ISP, and technically by law if he caused any finical damage to you he would be liable.

He has also been formally banned, his location is in Canada.

Yeah, I know... I'm a computer science major, so I'm well aware that he can't hack me D I wasn't worried or anything, I was just really annoyed with him. Thanks for banning him.
