Hey I was wondering if anybody had any tips on how to generate more traffic at a website. I like to create websites for fun but have not figured out a good way to get people to go to it. I really want to avoid spending money but if it was a relatively cheap method that'd be alright too. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance for any help.

I can help you on this with the obvious answer I guess.
Make the kickass site and put information or functionality that people really want and need. Once you build it then will come.

Offer something good and useful and people will find a way to your site. Word of mouth can be a very powerful thing ;)
