19" Sony Monitor Settings?

Just got the new 19" Sony monitor and im trying to find the perfect combination of contrast, brightness, etc... was wondering if anyone has a setup they really like and could jot down all the numbers and post them here? I'd appreciate it.

brightness well i have mine set around 75 or sometimes i used Medium

On cheaper / lower end LCDs I find that cranking brightness / contrast (especially brightness) results in a loss of focus. I run my samsung 17" at really low brighrness and contrast so that it looks good.

ok, I think mine is lower end. doesn't really have the dot pixel i was looking for. but it was free so i will shut my mouth and deal with it.

what do you mean low end? i personally adore my 19" from Gratis

I like it too. however its so light and not as clear as i was hopeing. Do you know what all your settings are? i can't seem to get mine to look good. tried changing the pitch and phase but can't quite get that exact.

Mind taking the time to go through and post those numbers if you have a good setting?
