Well, I myself have a reliable source, and i have obtained information regarding the cool4free network. According to this source, which i will not name, the servers being down are permanent, and just an excuse to buy time for him to cover his ass. As far as what this source has told me, anyone who is processing or sent to vendor, is in Latin, up shit creek without a paddle. Im not saying this is 100% accurate, but i would consider this source at least 99% sure otherwise i would not be posting it.

Oh well, it was just some money I had gotten off of eBay selling this and that, just getting some stuff out of the house.
That really sucks though, I got 4 referrals for the Any 3 PSP Games. The only reason I even trusted the site is because PodTopia said it was legit in some thread [I think...or I made a mistake reading].
Anyways, you are a newb so I question legitimacy but whatver, it has been down forever and chances are that it may have been a scam.
I still don't know. I suppose it could come through.
What exactly was your source?

With the posts he made on the anything4free forums, his new server is up, but he can't get anything off the old server. His old hosting provider was
Tek-Labs.com[=http//www.tek-labs.com/]Tek-Labs.com, which is actually down. I believe he'll get the sites back up as soon as his old host is back up, and he can get the sites/databases off the servers. Hopefully his old host will come back up soon, or hopefully he has a recent backup of the sites.

please tell me how anyone could even take legal action against one person like that? First of all, in the TOS it clearly states that there is no guarantee that you'll receive anything. Plus, how would you even get the guy's contact information if you wanted to sue him? It's not worth the time to sue like that...after all, what did you lose if you were getting referrals the "old fashioned way" and not paying for them? am i right or wrong?

They will be back. A new site, PhreeStuff.com, was up for about an hour today, but Grafton took it down when people found out. He was just testing everything. I hope they ship my PSP soon ). I don't think I'm doing PhreeStuff though, too much trouble with Cool4Free!
