Once they leave a neg, it's near impossible to get it removed without the feedback giver's cooperation (or ban). Otherwise, everyone would be constantly trying to explain their stories to ebay trying to get them removed. That being said, ebay support does suck.
How does the buyer deny you FVF without paying?

I sent a message to that site she recommended, squaretrade or something like this
I have attempted to contact the buyer many times in regards to the trade. The buyer did pay for the item but I had issues shipping it out. I contacted the buyer numerous times in regards to the transaction and failed to receive any emails in return. When I requested to final value credit back the buyer stated that he sent a 2nd attempted email to me 10 days after the first attempted one, he himself lied in this statement, I recently checked me gmail logs and found that these two emails were dated Apr 20th, and Apr 21st. In the end I decided to refund the buyer his money on several conditions.
1. Going through the trouble to find a substitute exact item to ship would be inefficient.
2. The buyer himself answered none of my emails, and left remarks that could be deemed threatening.
3. He accused me of blaming him, I do not believe I presented myself in that manner, I even offered a alternate site in which he could obtain that item for less the ebay purchase price.

If you have email from him where he is doing feeback extortion, you can get him banned. Otherwise, you didn't deliver what you sold, so ebay will probably not help you (they want the FVF of course). Squaretrade works when both sides have something to gain, so if your buyer is already sitting pretty with his pos. feedback from you (dunno if you left it), don't expect him to do anything. Squaretrade is totally voluntary (unless you pay $20 I think).
