takes like 30 minutes make sure to get guys name and confirmation code. my freind refuses to do these sites now because aol charged him and he had to spend net 5hrs on the phone disputing the charge till they finnaly removed it and cancelled his trial for the 2nd time.

AOL is garbage many a friend has told me of there "alternatives" to canceling, Appera canceled mine within hours though very nice (online cancellation)

My girlfriend called to cancel her AOL account and had to talk to the guy for around a half hour. He was really nice and polite at first but then became a royal dick once she insisted that he cancel her account. I hear conversations like that are pretty typical with AOL.
