Hey... my girlfriend is going to Ireland this summer and she's bringing her Sony Vaio laptop with her...I don't know the answer to her question so here it is... maybe you guys can help
I love my PCG-K23. I am going to summer school in Ireland this summer and taking it with me. In Ireland the electricity is 240 volts. I can buy a regular converter at Radio Shack, but I wonder if that will provide adequate protection to my laptop. I certainly don't want to fry it on that 240 volt system. What does Sony recommend when using a 120 volt charger in a 240 system?
