If I get overcharged on a webcertificate what happens? I have a feeling I might be but I want to find out what happens. Do they send a bill to your address or what. Or does the company just ignore it and move on? Any help would be nice.

read their terms, something like a possible $15 fee.

How do they give you a fee if they dont have your address?
