The only thing I've had to send back thus far is Nexiderm...and I didn't send it back anyway. I had actually overlooked the fact that I would need to return it, and when I saw the charge on my credit card statement I just called them up and pissed and moaned until they credited me the $89.95 ) I ended up having to tell them I never received the sample...they said they had delivery confirmation so I asked for proof of signature...which they couldn't provide.

Same thing with Videoprofessor. I ordered and forgot to return, and just called them and said I did return them. I got to keep the 3 photoshop cds, and since I hadnt noticed they charged me till i got my statement, I got an extra 70 bux I didnt know I was out! I dont know if this would work for everyone, but it did for me!
