I'm pretty sure you need to return it - My mom did it, and I did too, and both times the fine print said it needed to be returned before the 30 days were up. You also have to make sure to request an RMA (returned merch. authorization, or something like that) number when you return it, or your return will not be processed.

wonder what would happen if in 20 days i called and was like i got billed but never recieved a product is it on delay or something? and just lied my ass off... the product sells for 30 bucks on ebay LOL, ok ya ya go consince guilt trip me outa that... but damn how nice that would be =P

Looks like they want to make it as hard as possible for you to get the product back to them and not get charged.

nah RMA numbers are common for internet returns and they make sense. It helps them to easily know all the details of the return without even opening the package, so there's less chance of a screw up in which you're not creditted for returning it. You're supposed to call their number to request an RMA.
