Hey there i was curious if it wouldnt be a good idea to try and get some college kids to sign up under me, if they all have their comps in the school im assuming they are networked huh? which means they probably wouldnt have a uniqe ip of any sort? thus causing fraud issues correct?

I've wondered that myself, college kids being the main target for these sites. Anyone sign up on campus and referred freinds from the same campus?

I work at a University (Purdue, to be exact) and most of my references signed up from campus. You also have to realize that there are many Universities that own IPs, not just have a LAN setup of ip addresses.

For example, I know for a fact that Purdue OWNS a number of ip address ranges, but with their wireless network, they use private ips.

i got put on hold because a coworker of mine followed my link but never did an offer (went yellow, never green). since i do a lot of my deals/offers from work, they put it on hold because the two IP addresses were the same.

once i explained the situation, i was able to get off hold and get my digital camera.

be careful with that situation also.

A friend of mine had all of his friends sign up from the dorm they are in. Needless to say, he was put on hold and is now convinced it was all just a scam. I can't wait to send him a picture of the destop he could have had.
