Fixed now.

The reason I could see it and you couldn't is because the image was missing and firefox automatically expands ALT text to fill missing images, while IE does not.

Regardless, there is now an image on the left that states, "upload new". Try that.

And I still don't see it. Considering comppimp, a moderator, uploaded smilies, I still think the reason is what I said above You only have uploading enabled for mods/admins.

Just right click the smilie > save as, then upload from your computer. Not that hard P
