this is why people should click on the AIM button, so it comes up and says like 'HI ARE YOU THERE?' so people know its the actual person.

I think this is a reason you should post your AIM addresses. That way people have another way of checking to see if it matches up. Make sense?

everyone could request a PM from the site to "verify" anyone that contacts you via AIM... just a thought, I mean its not to hard to put your mouse over the AIM button on the forum and type in Hello are you there lol

Ya of course, more experienced traders, and people with common sense, would request a pm as well.. but some people just don't know that, those people are going to get scammed..

All you can really do is make a sticky saying HOW NOT TO GET SCAMMED.. and have newbs read it I suppose.. but there will still be those who don't, just like those stupid newbs who post their links and such..
