ING Direct

Probably most of the people in here know about this, but it's worth a try)

ING - a huge european bank (HQ in the Netherlands) is offering savings accounts) 3% rate per year, which is not that bad at all)

They have a referral program as well - $10 for every person you refer, and that person gets $25 when they open the account.
If anyone wants to sign up (checking account required) and wants an email or something, respond to this thread and we'll work it out)
