Anyone ever been to Federal District Court?

Just curious...

I am involved in a MAJOR Federal Law suit and I have my first motion hearing on Monday. It should be quite interesting to say the least. If I can nail these scumbags. It would be extremely rewarding.

What did they do?

I've heard of some that contacted employers of the person, actually come to their house pretending to be a cop or something horrible like that.

I have an aunt that is a Federal Magistrate (Judge). I can ask her something if you'd like to PM me a question or anything. In addition, my uncle (her husband) has been an Attorney for Delta for 30 years and is now a VP. He can also provide answers to almost any legal question(s) that you may have.
