For this site all you need to do is complete 40 actual searches via their site per day. Each search is .02 cents and every downline that searches is .02 cents per search. Pays out via Paypal, that paypal you don't even need to have tethered to a bank account.
I figured I'd let the FreeIpod community know about this, one of my friends has $7 owed to him after only one day of searching and referring. I have not been paid yet but will post a screenshot when I am.

Yeah wtf these posts for Netbux are f'in annoying. Im not gonna get fucked over by Google for using it. You people still havent cleared up the question if it violates Googles T&C or website at that or if its legal.

I think any newbie w/ 1 post should be banned for making a post about it. They don't even have enough sense to search for the topic and most likely there's one 5 post under thier's.

[quote33ba3bec2a="Google Adsense TOS wrote"]
Incentives
Web pages may not include incentives of any kind for users to click on ads. This includes encouraging users to click on the ads or to visit the advertisers' sites as well as drawing any undue attention to the ads. This activity is strictly prohibited in order to avoid potential inflation of advertiser costs. For example, your site cannot contain phrases such as "click here," "support us," "visit these links," or other similar language that could apply to any ad, regardless of content. [/quote33ba3bec2a]

I just asked in netbux's forums about that Google Adsense TOS, and they said that they are not using Adsense. Adsense are those random ads by google that looks like a regular banner. This is just searches, the banners on the top of the page are not by google, so that does not violate Google's terms of service.
