Spamgourmet a problem?

Hey folks. I had a referral sign up using a spamgourmet email address and I was just wondering if this could cause any problems. I don't know anything about the service except that it's disposable email addresses. Anyone have any experience with spamgourmet email addresses on OC sites, or know whether or not there'll be a problem?
