I got aconfirmation email for zens4free today but I never signed up for that site in fact I haven't signed up for a cool4free site in over 2 weeks but the wierd part is its signed up with the password that I always use. What should I do?

nope I have no iinterest in that site I've only ever been to that site maybe twice
I think it might be because I never recieved my confirmation letter for phreepsps and they had to manually do it but that was a long ass time ago
