Hey, I dont know if this has happened to anyone here but my gf's freeipod account just emailed her stating she got credit for doing StarClubRewards which she didnt do. She has done her offer a while back when "Traveler's Advantage" was still one of the offers. I check with starclubrewards website to try to login with her email which she uses for all site and it says "the email address does not match their records".

Its so weird hopefully gratis doesnt blame her for this since she never did that offer....Help me out here if anyone had the same problem

They probably just meant Travelers Advantage, though I would stay away from doing Star Club Rewards on any Gratis Site.

2 of her refs did starclubrewards...got instant credit actually, but its only a 3 day trial. So why stay away?

k but freeipods emailed her and said "you completed an offer from freeipods.com" and it said thanks for completing starclubrewards...But she already did an offer long time ago which is travelers advantage.

And why is starclubrewards bad? someone said stay away from it but why? i checked out that offer from ratetheoffers.com and it had good reviews

I agree. StarClub is the only offer I've done that greened instantly.

Is it really only a 3 day trial though? o I figured it was a month and now I can't find it anywhere. Anywhere it mentions the trial it just says "trial period" it never says how long it is.

Nevermind. I opened the page in IE and got to the main page. It says 30 day.

From their TOS
To activate your FREE trial membership, sign up below. The monthly membership fee of $12 per month will be charged to your credit card after the 3 day free trial period. †

They say it's supposed to be a 30 day trial but their graphic and TOS say otherwise? And then ANOTHER graphic says 30 days? That really makes me want to try this offer...

This happened a while back at gratis alot of people got credit for doing a offer that they didnt do...i cant remember what offer but i got an email saying i did an offer that i didnt do and some people got credited and then got the credit taken away. If she had done a offer she has no problems the only people that would have a problem are people that havent done an offer and recieved credit...gratis would then take away the credit which they should do anyways.
