Is there a way to find out when my trial ends to Netmarket? I signed up March 11 for the 1 month deal, and here is today, April 13, and I am still a member, even after -----ing. I am just curious if there's a way to find out. I have not been charged, fortunately.

If you can still use their service, I'd call them to make sure that THEY cancelled your account. They may have done something wrong on their end so it's worth looking into.

i've had a problem w/ another trilegiant company giving me a cancellation code but not actually cancelling my account. definitely give them a call.

I got mine today, too. It seems like a McDonalds toy or something. On top of that, I don't even know how to turn it off, the flash has only worked once, and you need to install their software to view the pictures. My girlfriend is conviced that it isn't even a camera and they just sent me a piece of plastic with some batteries. Can anyone post a picture so I can see what high quality work it can do?

If they give you a cancellation code, and you would like to continue the service...just use it for a couple months then call them up asking about the charges. They will be forced to credit the charges ) (however, it could be a hassle if you aren't exactly the most persuasive of persuaders)
