I just had my mother sign up, and another person from a different board... one in my freeminimacs site and the other in freeipodshuffle... neither one showed up... and the one for ipodshuffle saw on his intro page it showed he signed up under my account number

having your mother sign up is not a good idea. you will more than likely be placed on hold.

i copy and paste the link from the refer friends....
my mother has a different last name (her maiden name), and lives 2000 miles away... and is divorced from my dad... think they look that far into things?

you can get every single person in your family tree to signup ......aslong as they live in diff places.

I think there was something about this on another thread,having to do with the gratis servers or technical issues where different accounts were being credited.Maybe theyre just falling behind getting credits,I hear they have been busy answering support tickets lately.best advice would be to be patient and wait the 15 days before opening up a ticket,otherwise you may just tick them off and never get credit.;)
