its pretty simple, just click at the arrow thats moving up and down while you see the angle you want and hold it
now the red thing will go... when it's at the amount of power you want, let go =D

You can get some seriously wicked distancess with a nice deal of luck and strategic use of aerials. Particularly if you can special on stop girl (specialling on any of the girls is good, but stop girl gives you a LOT of distance). Highest score I've known out of someone I know 15069.82 (and it's somebody I know and trust enough not to lie about his score). I think I've gotten... somewhere in the 4000s before.

CFF is good too but getting that is tricksy (have to hit block girl at [i678a9c9110]precisely[/i678a9c9110] the right moment).
