Cool4Free Support Live Support practically non-existent

Hey, I haven't seen the support guys for Cool4Free come online in a while now.

Does anyone know what's goin on?

you can often find cool4freesupport or cool4freerobert on AIM... but just because they're logged on doesnt mean you're going to get helped ; )

use their live help.. much better

does anyone kno around the approximate time when the cool4free live support is usually onine. I haven't seen them go online once yet since they started using that.

All my support questions and emails have gone unresponsive for more then 3 weeks and i will be missing my 2nd shipment date of April 15th. Not very pleased...

Yeah, use the Live Support icon on their site. AIM and Support Ticket responses are non-existant.

to those who have actually gotten live support....what time of day (and time zone) are you seeing them as "ONLINE"

Ive been checking the last three days between 8am and 5pm.....NEVER online... roll

I've seen them online but they have NEVER responded.

I got a response from them late last night (10 pm ET or so) and they said I'd be green within the hour (I had completed the pdatech4free offer on phreepsps and gotten credit from Coobro but not Cool4free). However, it still hasn't gone green.

Has anyone else been successful getting in touch with them through the live WEB support on their pages? if so what time?? maybe i just havent been lucky, but i've checked several times each day....

but the Live Support on the site is still offline.

Live Support usually after 8PM EST every night. They're getting really shady really quickly.

ahh this is pissing me off! I've had 3 people do offers for my 12th green on phreepsps and its been like a week for the first 2 and they were overnight offers. SOoooo I had a 3rd do another overnight yesterday and nothing yet!! AHH SO CLOSE yet SO far!

People have received psps and ipods from them. They are doing site maintenance guys, give them time and have faith. put in support tickets they'll get to them eventually.

Yea, I understand that they've been doin site maintenance, but it's been over 3 weeks for me. I've missed 2 shipment dates and I was told by support on the first day i discovered my account was on hold that all I would need to do is get a new referral after they confirmed some "number".

They haven't responded to any of my emails, support questions and IMs. And they still haven't gotten me that "number".
