Before you go assuming things - No, I am not a moron, I know Gmail is as plentiful as Paris Hilton headlines these days. However, I've heard of some people "selling" their massive Gmail invites just to bring their feedback up on Ebay. But how is this cost-effective at all? Is it? Some listings I saw mentioned that if the final bidding price was below 30 cents that they would give the invite for free. Is there some eBay price loophole I do not know?

Well it costs you to list the item, but the whole 30 cent price floor is probably because the seller gets pissed because the more the auction goes for, the higher the final value fee, which would end up costing him more.

Well, it depends on how much the +1 feedback is worth to you.

The insertion fee is the same from $0.01 -> $9.99 i believe.
(25 cents).

as for final value fees, it's probably so small that its negligible.

If you are looking to boost your feedback, go with ebooks.
There are plenty that go for dimes and nickles. With free shipping.

Plus, you can always relist them and sell them to others.

Yeah, I did it. Gained about 30 Feedback in 3 days. As for the cost, I've got no idea. That's my dad's area. I did an instant purchase thing and solf 50 of em and said that people could buy em for $.99, but didn't need to pay me. eBay shut it down, but not soon enough, P
