Don't really want my dog to die or get sick or anything, any problems for those who used the trial?

I tried to give them to my dog.

He's kinda crazy and eats just about anything.
But after a few seconds in his mouth he spit it out and walked away.

Yeah all I have is a fish.

Mind you I got it from the fair FOUR years ago and it is still living! I feed it when I feel like it, there is no real schedule. Usually the tank gets cleaned once a month (small tank but has great filter). And I feed him like every three days...sometimes more often...sometimes less.

I find that not having an exact schedule keeps the fish alive longer.

fair fish live long ass lives.

i know someone who has a fair fish (named venom-x) and he decided he wants venom-x to die... so he just stopped feeding him.. the fish, months after, is still alive. nobody knows why.

Some fish can live on algae in the tank, not too sure if goldfish can though. I feed my fish also whenever I feel like it. Fish usually only eat big once a week in their natural environment and being cold blooded don't need as much food as we do to maintain homeostasis.

Judging from the responses I don't think I'm going to feed it to the dog. Maybe I can find a stray somewhere who needs some vitamins.
