STV on Get4friends

I just went STV on get4friends after less than a day of processing. I know people have had their problems there in the past, but my experience thus far has been very solid. I had a problem with one of my referrals being a multiple sign up and thus my account was put on hold. Immediately upon sending an Email to customer service I was given an explanation of why the action was taken, that referral was taken away, and I was free to get one more referral and request approval again. Now I'm just hoping the next batch of Ipod minis goes out soon! What are other peoples recent experiences on get4friends?

they have been screwing me over. 4 people should be green, but only 1 is. they dont answer my support calls. they are shady.

Who have you been talking to? Every time I have wanted to talk to Pookie she is very prompt on IM. I am STV on an iPod Mini. I have been told she is shipping on the 15th. I think she has had some bumpy starts but I am fairly convinced my gift will be shipped. If not then I'll pass judgment. I say you should try to get ahold of pookie and she'll talk with ya.

Wood, suck it ) I sent out everyone's Paypal payment that I had addresses for (if you picked Paypal and didn't get your payment, it's because you haven't responded to my e-mail about needing your paypal address) and sent out 3 iPod minis as well. More will go out this following week, need the money to clear through my bank first.

We don't keep track of who's "almost" complete with their requirements and things like that. If your referrals don't have credit, they're supposed to email me after 15 days.

Then I forward their confirmations to my publisher. They usually respond and say that the reason why they haven't received credit is either they signed up for that offer before, didn't use IE/cookies, or they haven't waited long enough (for Netflix or credit card offers).

I know that a lot of people did offers right but don't get credit. Do they also tell you if it was a mistake and it was just overlooked or somethnig?

But if they haven't told you it was a mistake, then how do go about still giving credit to people who hadn't gotten credit within the 15 days? Like if they didn't use cookies, they just tell you that that was the reason for no credit and then you credit them?

No, because there's no hard-core evidence that they did an offer. And if they fwd a confirmation or something and I fwd that to my publisher but they still don't credit, it means they signed up wrong or signed up for that offer somewhere else.

Has anyone gotten anything???? My Ipod mini has supposedly been shipped, but I'm not at home so I don't know if it's arrived... don't think it has.
