From paypal, it is actually 3.9% + $0.30 USD for anything below $8 for a premium acccount.

I'd wonder why they didn't charge you $0.30 for the transaction?

I don't believe that the $0.30 fee applies if the transaction is for an amount < $0.30

yeah, i have a premier account and recieved $2.00. they took out .36 damn them.

i dont really care if they take out a few cents... how else are they gonna keep the system running??
