I guess not. I signed up, but didn't do any of the 3 offers there because I've done them all or am saving them for real things.
I liked it better when you could send in your story and get a free shirt without having to do an offer to get one.

Again, you cannot post directly to Transaction.aspx as it calls on a resource from another site. As far as the shirts, I believe that Gratis will continue to send them out free, but perhaps someone might want it BEFORE he/she receives his/her iPod (it could help with referrals).
