I can't get to any of the sites relating to cool4free
anybody else having this issue?
would someone mind trying and seeing if it works for them?

yea...i'm having the same problem.
anyone not receiving a reply for their support tickets on the cool4free sites? i realize they must be busy with the updates and new sites, but it's been more than 2 weeks since my support ticket has gone unreplied.
i've tried their live support but they never seem to reply. when they do reply (rarely), they always tell me they are too busy and to post it up in the support section of the site.
i was put on hold about 3 to 4 weeks ago and support told me they could get me off hold if i were to get one new referral after they tell me i'm good to go...however, they just haven't been replying to any of my emails, supports or IMs...

try cool4freerobert he has always been more then helpful for me
before anybody gets disgruntled about me posting his aim its on their main website so it shouldnt be an issue

yea...i've spoken to him. but he told me he doesn't take care of account issues.

Glad I started reviewing before the site went down. I hope they can spare some personnel to continue reviewing accounts. I reallllly want my psp.

He never answers my support ticket, I was a low order number (single digits) for 1 PSP, and it hasn't shipped yet.
