How if I cancel the offer before get credits?

I did MiracleBurn for OC site but didn't receive credit after two weeks waiting. I have to cancel it before the end of 14 days free trial. Now what can I do? Can I still request for credits if I cancel it? If not...does it mean I have to complete another offer to get green? How if such thing happens again??? ? Help me please, have no idea about it...
Also another offer with Gratis have the same problem. They even don't deal with the credit issue within 15 days... How can I keep the offer for that long??

miracleburn has been absolutely horrible on OC.. pending since 3-15.. i cancelled anyhow.. im not going to pay any stupid fees because they screwed it up.. im better off just signing up for another offer than paying their fees if it still doesnt go through. i sent in my request form and sent a separate email to them for account status.
