Senor smolek5228, you owe me $20 you fraud...I paid you what, 2 days ago, and today after I emailed OC about my verifcation status on PSPs4free.com they email me back and you're account bounced, you have MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS and I have screeneies to prove it. If you refund me the $20 I paid you, no harm no foul, but if you refuse to do so, I will be adding your name to the scammers/shady traders and bad traders list... I understand sometimes people get things mixed up, but signing up for a site more than once is UNACCEPTABLE and there's really no excuse...waiting on your response.

if he payed through paypal try to reporting him on there.. i know they have a way of refunding you for being scammed.. i just dont know how you would explain it.. they probably arent familiar with ppl trading referals.. )

Unfortunately, PayPal only offers protection on unreceived/misrepresented "goods" and not services, etc. Since nothing physical was exchanged, I doubt you will be able to get anywhere with that angle.

Just lettin everyone know, smolek refunded me the money no problem this evening. True sign of a credible and responsible trader...

Yep, everything has been resolved (as far as my deal with Jason goes). I sent the money back as soon as I found out that OC was rejecting my signup. My account is still DQ'd with them, but I sent them an e-mail to find out why that is and I'm hoping they get back to me soon. Like I said in the other thread[=http//www.freeipodguide.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=10157]the other thread, everything I did was legit and it was the first time I signed up for the site. I'm really pissed that they've DQ'd me because I completed trades earlier this week for it and paid for a few greens to finish the site up and get a PSP (would've been my first gift from OC).

It should be fine. It was the first time that I signed up for that site (freedigitalcameras) and everything was legit. It's a Gratis site and I've never had a problem with them before. Psps4free is an OC site and like I said, it's the first OC site I've ever really finished where I could redeem the gift (just wrapped it up today only to get DQ'd). mad

Smolek, you did PVPs4Free for me, going red there too? OC has been known to be generous. I recommend e-mailing them and telling them to freeze your old accounts and keeping the ones you use.

Only signed up once on PVPs4Free too and that was under your link. I'm still not sure why my account was DQ'd for PSPs4free but hopefully after they review it, it'll rightfully be reinstated.

Oh, I see. I just tried logging in to the other sites and they all still seem to work.

Got a reply back today from Offer Centric. They said I violated this part of the TOS

I replied telling them that I've only signed up for psps4free.com once and that I'm completely unaware of any other accounts. I also explained that it's the only OC site where I've ever even gotten a successful referral. I asked that they reconsider and they replied back basically saying that there are no exceptions and the decision is final. Complete BS. mad

Smolek, tell them to place whichever accounts were done first on hold and let you continue with the accounts you're using. THat usually works.

I forgot to mention in my last post that I did tell them to freeze any other accounts that are open because I'm completely unaware of them. They said that due to increasing amounts of fraudulant accounts and violation to their terms and conditions, they can't an exception to their policy.
