My appologies. The TOS can only be seen after you enter. I'll have the programmer change that tonght. Its all in php, not html, so I can't do it. The TOS says basically if the people providing the offers don't count you (because of multiple accounts or same IP, etc) then I don't count you. Otherwise expect payment or gift. I am not strict I merely go by what they say.

If you want to know, someone said they signed up with a webcert and used a dial up connection to get a new IP and it worked.

The two offers are to sign up at 2 webcam sites. 100% free, you do not need to cancel later and you don't have to get anyone else to sign up. You can sign up at both offers (And i think it would be a lot easier) with the same info. Name, addy, CC, etc.

I did use the same info for both offers, and I got the confirmation e-mails from both. I just haven't seen the credit yet, but you answered that question for somebody else -- I'll give it another day or two.

Good news everyone. www.ipodshufflelottery.com is now up and working perfectly. Also the payout has been increased from $15 to $20 and the odds of winning an ipod shuffle increased from 1 in 6 to 1 in 5.

As you know my site launched for 30 minute a few days ago and I had to take it down because of a tracking error. Four people singed up and completed the two offers in that time. I didnt get credit for that but I took full responsiblility for the error and gave full credit
