Hi, I recently received all my referrals and submitted my account for review. After logging in today to check the status of my account, however, I found that it had been closed due to "violation of the ToS". I have no idea what I have done wrong, and would like some assistance on this problem. Please help me. Thanks.

Support replies take 2-4 business days.

Chances are you did something wrong, though, TRAINN doesn't place people on hold unless there is a reason.
