crediting issues?

Is any one else having crediting issues...I have to referrals who completed offers and received there products but has not received credit, they both have submitted missing credit reports and have not received a response from trainn... one mcr was submitted over 14 days ago. I have never had any problems before with train. Is anyone having these same issues?

I've had MCRs take over 14 days. Sometimes it takes longer than the 7 advertised days for the advertiser to get back to Trainn. If I were you, I would just submit a support ticket (and have your referrals do so as well) and wait on that.

their crediting has been shit lately. i did 3 offers and none credited..its a shame. i think they are having cash problems to be honest

I did Identity Guard almost a month ago and I still haven't received credit for it. Filed a MCR 3 weeks ago.

As it has always been, sign-ups are credited to accounts automatically as they are reported to us by the advertiser. When a sign-up is not listed on an account, that indicates that the sign-up has not been reported to us by the advertiser.

The oldest request pending is from 10/21. All missing credit requests pending are within the stated time of 10 business days (2 full weeks) of being filed.

Again, the crediting of a sign-up is based on the advertiser. With three claimed sign-ups though, there may be an issue with your browser so I'd check your settings to ensure they are set to allow 3rd party cookies.

Your assumption is wrong.

Again, all requests pending on within the typical 10 business day resolution time so if the request was filed three weeks ago and you haven't received credit, or a "Rejected - {Reason Why} status on your missing credit request page, we likely need additional information from you to further pursue the request so I'd recommend following up with us on that.

[Edit] I found your request and that's what it was. The request did not contain the necessary information. To pursue missing credit requests, we must receive the full confirmation email and the email headers[=http//mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=22454&topic=43] email headers as well.
