Check Payment Estimate

I ordered a check from Trainn & it posted as shipped on Sept. 5th. I still haven't gotten it. What's wrong?

It probably was sent through the mail. Give it a week or two.

Um... yes, mail... how else would it be sent CG, a check through email? Am I missing out on this new technology. Anyways, "thestunna" checks normally take 5-7 business days, if shipped on the 5th, that would not count that day, or the 6th(Saturday,Sunday) then Monday it would not count, because I believe that was labor day, resulting in post offices being closed, so it has been shipped the 8th-today(10th) that is only 2-3 days, so give it another few days, and it will come.

Keep in mind, the post office was closed those 3 days, which could have caused a delay ;)

Yes, you may not be aware of two other young upstart companies, FedEx and UPS. Both offer a method of shipping items such as packages or letters, and even allow you to track where your item is! I'm not sure if it will ever catch on, but I think a lot of people will prefer it for shipping anything valuable, since you can see where it is or even when it was delivered!

My neighbor uses FedEx, but I use UPS, lol.

Um... I am not retarded, and normally when someone refers to "mail" that will cover any carrier, or at least I have always heard that. Some people now a days call it USPS ) Be more specific.

All I know is that my account has not been suspended, it has listed that my check was shipped on the 5th, & I didn't cancel any offers early, but 4 some reason I can't get any response from Alan or any1 else at Trainn. I might not b the smartest man in the world, but it looks 2 me like i've been played. But i won't lay down & take it

Sorry to hear your check has not yet arrived. Yesterday's email was answered earlier today so please check your email, if you haven't already done so, for additional information.

There is no need to be concerned though as it's just outside of the the normal delivery time so it may have encountered a delay in the mail system and even if doesn't arrive within the next day, we'll gladly re-send another to you right away or allow you to change it to another method.

Due to the amount of inquiries submitted on a daily basis, it can take up to 2 days to receive a reply.
