Your request was filed on 3/11 which was just about a week ago. As noted on our site, it can take 10 business days to resolve a missing credit request from the time the request is filed.

Please be patient. TRAINN is excellent with MCRs

I would say they usually are excellent. I am in the same boat as the guy above. I don't know what is going on. Time before response is ridiculous. They left me unanswered for quite some time. I'm well over a month on MCRs (two). Very unfortunate.

12 days now, (after MCR was Filed) but optimistic and being patient...wish i could have a status report of how soon my MCR will be looked at. Maybe a number system where they say Im claim #2000 and they are on #783 so i can have an idea of when to expect a response, for instance "in X amount of days..."

They are probably waiting for the affiliate to get back to them - something which they don't have control over.

and if it was a pacific webworks offer don't count on getting credit for it because i believe they just backed out of the incentive advertising scene.

If that's true, then the Pacific Webworks offers shouldn't be on there anymore.

Someone completed a Pacific Webworks offer for me over the weekend (Amazing Webstores, I think), and it hasn't credited yet.

It's total BS if TRAINN is letting people continue to complete Pacific Webworks offers knowing that they won't credit. I'm willing to give Alan and TRAINN the benefit of the doubt, though.

Maybe Alan can chime in here?

Yeah they just got pulled the other day at least from my affiliate but they still might be running with TRAINN. I was just mentioning that the delay might be due to those type of offers needing a MCR

I just checked. They are still up on TRAINN sites.

As of now, the Pacific Web Works offers are still available through the end of the day.

An offer being removed only means that it's not available for new sign-ups, it does not influence credit for previous sign-ups as advertisers are still on the hook for the sign-ups that occurred while they were on the sites.

hello, I'm a newbie and I messed up in sending MCR, I did not do the full header. Should I resend them to trainn or wait for a response from trainn. It has been almost 3 weeks.

Resubmit the MCR. It will be rejected if you do not include the full headers.
