You should probably use support tickets, since that's what they're for.

Yea, trainn usually only responds to support tickets not emails.

Did you follow the instructions on the contact form to ensure the replies didn't get sent to the Bulk / Spam / Junk folder or check to see if the replies are there? If they're not, pm your email address and I'll check on it.

All pending missing credit requests are within the stated typical 10 business day resolution though.

That's not true, all inquiries are answered whether they're submitted via a support ticket or the contact form (email).
