Alan please help - 12 MCRs unresolved already paid $200

hi Alan,

I am doing yourps34free.com the hard way - 800 points all by myself, I have 200 more points to go but have these 12 MCRs that I filed almost 10 days ago still in "received" status.

Meanwhile, I already paid more than $200 on my credit card - I may be the first moron to lose money on a "freebie" site.

Please help, or at least, let me know what is the status instead of just "received". I have already opened support tickets.
