I made an Missing credit request 15 days ago and nothing has happened. Im wondering what i do next since i read from trainn that it takes 14 days, which is a long time i think. Anyways now what?

The oldest missing credit request still pending is is from 6/11. If you submitted it before then, please open a ticket or send us a ticket concerning it as there is something holding it up.
