I signed up for the xbox elite site and never completed an offer. I was wondering if it is possible to cancel that account and sign up under someone else? I know Trans used to allow this, but I've been out of the scene for quite a while.

Just send in a support ticket and as to be transferred under someone else... they can do that as far as I know.

You can't be transferred to under someone else, but if you never did the offer then you can sign-up/create a new account using the ref link you want.
Probably should send in a support ticket, too. Just to let them know that you're doing this.
