As far as I know, I don't believe so. I just assumed they just sent you an iPhone, BNIB. What networks are requiring you to activate a phone you don't have, before receiving the phone??? (did I read that wrong?)

^I think you just read it wrong. He's asking if Trainn requires him to activation with cingular in order to receive his free iphone gives. Jeagle's answer is correct, you just the brand new in box iphone.

Yes, but the only thing is, if you don't activate the phone, it won't do anything at all. The iPod feature won't even be able to be used.

for verizon users, which I am right now. I still have not checked it out. It seems cool and $100 less than iPhone.

No, we don't.

We purchase the iPhone and send it to you brand new in it's sealed box. Once you get it, you're free to do whatever you'd like to it.
