STAMPS.COM - I waited the 7 days and submitted a manual credit request. It's been almost 10 days and still nothing. I signed up, had a ghost charge on my cc which sent my account into the negative, printed out postage and still nothing. On top of it all ...why are train sites so slow
Also i cant log into the xboxelite site the log in page just keeps refreshing.

You need to relax a bit, you're lucky train accepts missing credit requests. If you submitted it correctly it should come in, just give it time.
The temp charge on your account was probably stated in the terms of the stamps offer (i'm not positive)
