I completed my "CellaDerm Acne Treatment" offer yesterday at about 800 EST. I have waited since then, but it still hasn't credited. All it says is "Pending." My "Stamps.com" offer credited almost instantly, yet this one hasn't yet. I'm willing to wait, but how long should I wait before getting worried? It won't let me submit a manual request yet either.

As long as the instructions are followed on the missing credit request page (full email & headers), "forever" is only around 10 business days.

Indeed, I know ) Just that 10 business days can be forever, especially if someone is waiting after you, and if you had to wait another 7 before

So, should I just wait the 7 days and file a missing credit request? Or is there anything I can do now?

7 days for the credit request is definitely excessive, 2-3 days maybe, but instant credits dont come in after that.

Yah, well, that's what they say, so that's what you do.......... If you try to put it in early they just bump it out anyway.
Just like everything else in life, if you just follow the rules, it goes [bb79b3a4841]MUCH [/bb79b3a4841]smoother.

Which is why the rules should be changed ;) But in Trainn's case, I can understand the 7 day rule. They most likely would be flooded with support tickets, much more than they would be able to handle, if they didn't instill that 7 day rule. It's to keep traffic moving along smoothly.
