I read in the Terms & Conditions that you are allowed 1 account per transcendent innovations site. Does that mean I can trade with someone who is also doing a trainn site and we will both recieve credit for the referral?

If you are doing the exact same site, then no.
If you are doing one site and they are doing another, then yes. You'd do your offers on their site, they would do offers for yours, and you would both have gotten a green on your respective sites.
