I had someone sign up under me, but they don't show up under my account. Do they show up once they green, or did something go wrong? ?

Did they actually sign up though? Or did they just confirm a trade or somehthing? If they actually signed up then they should show up immediatly.

They will not show up as green until they complete the full requirement. Give it a little time, as offers can take longer than expected to credit sometimes.

I think the problem is that she isn't showing up at all. Right?

If they are not showing up at all, open a support ticket ASAP. I have had that happen a couple of times, mostly could be traced back to an error on the referral's part, but once we could find no reason why my referral ended up under someone else.
Many sites will move a referral if you, they, and the person they accidentally end up under all agree. But it will need to be addressed in a support ticket from both you and them.

I didn't know trainn would do that. I know in their FAQ they say they can't.

My experience was not Trainn - I don't know if they would or not. But it never hurts to ask.

Yea, we talked about it and she opened a support ticket. If they say no, they say no but its always worth a shot. Thanks for all the help!

Trainn will not do that, neither will most sites, I actually haven't seen a site that will do that in a while, most sites stopped doing it for some reason.

It actually depends on if the owner of the site is nice /
