On YourNintendoWii4Free I opted to get the Paypal for the Gold Bundle, and today I received an e-mail saying that my order has been fulfilled and if I chose Paypal then the cash is in my account right now. However, that's not the case and I haven't been paid yet. Is this how Paypal payments are supposed to be? This will be my first cash gift so I'm not sure how this process is supposed to go.

its like wednesdays and saturdays...you might ahve to wait till sat to get paid.
